Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food – Chatswood NSW is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a trusted repair network. You will work in a modern, well-equipped workshop with industry-leading repair technology and a strong focus on quality workmanship.

Based in Chatswood, this full-time role operates Monday to Friday with guaranteed overtime and above-award pay. You’ll be part of a large, national repair network that values training and internal career progression.

Responsibilities

• Completing scheduled repair jobs following the SMART processes and repair principles.
• Checking all required parts are ordered and notifying the Estimator if parts are missing or incorrect.
• Assisting with vehicle assembly when needed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times (Clean Workspace Policy).
• Adhering strictly to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
• Respecting customer vehicles and company equipment.
• Contributing to a positive, respectful culture within the workshop.
