SMART in Chatswood, NSW, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a trusted, industry‑leading repair network. You will produce high‑quality repairs, follow strict processes, and work with a supportive team in a modern workshop with leading repair technology.

The role operates Monday to Friday with guaranteed overtime and a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Above‑award pay and real career pathways are offered within AMA Group’s network.

Responsibilities

• Completing scheduled repair jobs following the SMART processes and repair principles.
• Checking all required parts are ordered and notifying the Estimator if parts are missing or incorrect.
• Assisting with vehicle assembly when needed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times (Clean Workspace Policy).
• Adhering strictly to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
• Respecting customer vehicles and company equipment.
• Contributing to a positive, respectful culture within the workshop.

Based in Chatswood, this is a role from 6.30 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday - Your overtime is guaranteed!

What You'll Do:
