Job summary

Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a Pan Boiler at Pioneer Mill to produce high-grade sugar and manage syrup, magma and massecuite stocks. The role operates on a continuous rotating shift roster, with weekends and overtime, transitioning to day work during maintenance.

You will boil according to schedule, maintain an orderly station and control area, and uphold safety standards. A strong communicator with basic maintenance skills is ideal; training for high-risk licences is available for the

Job description

As aPan Boilerat Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you'll be responsible for the production of high-grade sugar at Pioneer Mill.

During the crushing, this position operates on a continuous rotating shift roster, which may include weekends and occasional overtime. Once the crushing is complete and the Mill enters the maintenance period, the role switches to a day work schedule.

• Operations:Produce high and low grade sugar to the required quality standards by managing syrup, magma and massecuite stocks. Boil according to schedule.
• Housekeeping: Maintain excellent housekeeping of your station and control area. Prevent waste and materials from entering storm drains.
• Safety: Show a strong commitment to safety.

Your Winning Combination

Our ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have basic maintenance skills. Whilst applicants with High-Risk Work Licences (e.g. Working Safely at Heights and Confined Spaces) are desirable, we are prepared to provide training to those who show the right aptitude and fit.
