Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a Level 3 Social Worker with extensive palliative care experience to lead clinical social work services across Palliative Care and MND. You will supervise, guide, and mentor staff while driving education and service improvement.

You will engage with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to student placements, and uphold Calvary, NSW Health, and SESLHD standards in patient care. NSW registration and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Social Work experience in Palliative Care or progressive neurological conditions.
• Eligibility for AASW membership.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning.
• Proven ability to provide high level clinical advice and support.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and implement advanced clinical palliative care social work services.
• Provide supervision and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver education and supervise students on clinical placement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders.
