Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Pallet Controller to manage pallet movements, ensure paperwork accuracy and drive efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will use pallet software (2ic) and coordinate with site managers, training staff and reviewing invoices to reduce costs while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

This full-time role requires 3-5 years' experience in pallet control and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

3–5 years in pallet control or similar warehouse role.
Experience in warehouse/logistics environment preferred.
Solid MS Office skills; comfortable learning new systems.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy setting.
Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics industry is desirable.
Self-motivated, driven and proactive.

Responsibilities

Ensure all pallet movements have correct pallet paperwork and are reflected in relevant pallet software (2ic).
Investigate and resolve all discrepancies, pallet loss and unprocessed dockets.
Training of all relevant site staff on pallet software and processes on nominated sites.
Review and ensure accuracy of all pallet hire invoices actively working towards reducing hire quantity and costs.
Ensure reconciliation reports are accurate and submitted on time every week to National Pallet Controller and Site Manager.
