Precision Pallet Services Pty Ltd in Greenbank, Brisbane's southwest, is seeking an experienced Pallet Controller for a full-time, office-based role. You will manage client accounts, accurately enter pallet movements, and work with both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include reconciling CHEP and Loscam invoices, preparing weekly and monthly reports, resolving pallet discrepancies, and assisting with onboarding new accounts.

Formación

• 3+ years of pallet control experience and a sound understanding of pallet control principles.
• Strong analytical and methodical approach with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with CHEP and Loscam platforms is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Entering pallet movements and dockets accurately.
• Reconciling CHEP and Loscam invoices.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Investigating and resolving pallet rejections and discrepancies.
• Coordinating pallet recovery and onboarding new accounts.
• General office duties as required.
