Core Painting Solutions in Maroochydore, QLD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our residential division across the Sunshine Coast. You will lead a team of about 20 painters, coordinating labour, materials and schedules to deliver high-quality repaints and new residential projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management or supervisory roles within painting or construction.
• Experience in high-end residential repaints or new residential projects highly regarded.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Current driver’s licence.

Core Painting Solutions is growing rapidly and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our residential division across the Sunshine Coast.

This is a leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in high standards, strong communication and running organised, efficient projects from start to finish.

You will be managing a team of approximately 20 painters across multiple residential repaint and high-end new build projects, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.
