Job summary

MSS Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team, delivering refurbishment of 2-bedroom unit fit-outs within aged care and retirement living facilities. You will work across client sites throughout the Sydney Metro Area.

You will hold a trade qualification in Painting & Decorating, have painting experience (preferably in aged care), hold a current driver’s licence, and be able to obtain necessary police checks.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Painting & Decorating.
• Experience as a painter, preferably in aged care.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to obtain National Police Clearance.
• Ability to obtain Working with Vulnerable People Check.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Refurbishment of 2-bedroom unit fit-outs in aged care and retirement living facilities across the Sydney Metro Area.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter to join our team, working across aged care and retirement living facilities.

This role involves refurbishment of 2-bedroom unit fit-outs within aged care and retirement living environments. You will work across various client sites throughout the Sydney Metro Area.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification in Painting & Decorating

• Experience as a painter and prior experience with aged card preffered

• Current and valid driver’s licence

• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance

• Ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Check

• Full working rights in Australia

• Strong attention to detail and high standard of workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• COVID-19 vaccination and willingness to receive annual influenza vaccination
