Job summary

Coolibah Care in Mandurah (WA) is seeking a skilled Painter to maintain a homely, uplifting environment for residents and staff. You will perform internal and external painting to a high standard, ensuring safety and quality while minimizing disruption to residents and operations.

The role requires a trade qualification in painting and at least 2 years’ experience, with strong surface prep, technique knowledge, and a patient, consumer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in painting with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of high-quality painting and decorating work.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
• Good physical fitness to move furniture and use ladders.
• Excellent communication skills and a consumer-focused approach.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations (highly recommended).
