Searchability® in North Sydney is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own the end-to-end performance of paid social campaigns, with Meta Ads as the core engine and expansion into TikTok Ads. You will plan, execute, allocate budget, and run rapid creative testing to maximise acquisition efficiency.

You’ll analyse Shopify analytics and e-commerce trading data to guide strategy, develop performance reports, and present high‑level recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Agency pedigree from a e-commerce-focused performance or digital marketing agency.
• Deep, hands-on expertise managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong exposure to TikTok Ads and other paid social platforms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable track record of driving measurable campaign performance for retail or DTC brands.
• Essential practical experience utilizing Shopify Analytics to extract trading insights and inform marketing decisions.
• Ability to interpret high-level business metrics such as MER, ROAS, LTV and NCAC.
• Understanding of performance creative frameworks, testing methodologies, and scaling mechanics.
