Protech’s FIRST NATIONS | PAID RAIL & CONSTRUCTION TRAINEESHIP offers a full‑time entry pathway in South East Queensland, focused on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The 16‑week program combines paid on‑the‑job learning with nationally recognised training to build entry‑level rail and civil construction skills.
You will earn $28–$29 per hour, with overtime and allowances, and gain hands‑on experience on leading projects such as the Logan to Gold Coast Faster Rail program.
