Job summary

Quest Therapy Services in Queensland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric team (0-21 years). This role offers flexible hours, part-time or full-time, and opportunities to work across clinic and community settings.

You will deliver client-centred assessments and interventions, collaborate with families and educators, and access a generous PD budget, regular supervision, and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
• Experience working with children is desirable.
• New graduates and early career professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and intervention for children and young people (0–21 years) with a variety of developmental needs and diagnoses.
• Deliver client-centred, family-focused, and evidence-based therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with families, educators, medical professionals, and other allied health practitioners.
• Work across clinic and community settings, with flexibility in scheduling and service delivery.
