Job summary

Little Minds Grow on the Gold Coast is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a full-time role starting January 2027. The package includes a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus superannuation, a $2,000 annual professional development budget, and 2 days of paid PD leave. The practice supports clinic and mobile therapy with a strong emphasis on work–life balance.

New graduates are welcome. The team values collaboration with occupational therapists and a shared space in the brand-new Helensvale clinic.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist or graduating in time for January 2027.
• Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership with CPSP status.
• Blue Card, valid driver’s licence and a car for work duties.
• Medicare Provider Number or willing to obtain.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of clinic-based and mobile therapy for paediatric clients.
• Collaborate with a team of speech pathologists, therapy assistants and admin staff.
• Join a new Helensvale clinic and work with occupational therapists in a shared space.
