AIM Therapy for Children in Joondalup is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our thriving clinic. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver sessions across clinics, homes and schools, focusing on evidence-based speech therapy for children.

We offer ongoing professional development, collaboration with fellow clinicians, and opportunities to grow your clinical skills while making a meaningful difference for families and children in our care.

Qualifications

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• A valid Working With Children Check.
• National Police Clearance.
• A current driver's licence.
• Confident communication with kids and families.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team member.

Responsibilities

• Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families.
• Running fun, creative therapy sessions in clinic spaces and in the community.
• Collaborating with schools, families and other stakeholders for a coordinated approach.
• Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as goals are reached.
• Participating in a professional development program with growth opportunities.

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee.

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day
