Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on PACS Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support and optimise enterprise imaging platforms, including PACS and InteleOrchestrator (IO). You will deliver Level 2/3 application support for radiologists and clinic teams across the network.

Join a large, multi-site imaging provider and contribute to upgrades, system improvements and reliable clinical workflows.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification and experience administering medical imaging systems in a clinical environment.
Experience providing Level 2 application support within ITIL-based incident, problem and change processes.
Strong understanding of DICOM, HL7 and integrated RIS, PACS and reporting systems.
Hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting and vendor engagement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure and support PACS and IO, including workflow logic, routing rules and user profiles.
Investigate incidents, monitor performance and ensure reliable imaging and reporting workflows.
Support upgrades, releases and configuration changes with testing and validation.
Collaborate with radiologists, clinic teams, IT and vendors to resolve issues and identify improvements.
Contribute to projects, maintain documentation and provide user guidance and training.
