Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking reliable, safety-focused Machine Operators for the Tingalpa team in Brisbane, Australia. The role starts with comprehensive paid training and operates on a Weekday Night Shift (Mon–Fri, 10:30pm–6:30am).

This is a permanent full-time position with a formal interview and background checks as part of the hiring process. Responsibilities include operating machinery, flavour testing, calibration, quality checks and record-keeping, along with maintaining cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience with machine operation.
• A high mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of HACCP & GMP.
• Safety conscious.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product
• Ensure flavour testing is completed, and accurate flavour is supplied
• Advanced centre-lining, equipment calibration, troubleshooting and monitoring
• Prepare and complete quality checks and accurate records
• Cleaning and housekeeping
