Job summary

PepsiCo in Tingalpa (QLD) seeks a reliable Process Operator to run heavily automated cooking and packaging machinery. Training is provided during the first week; role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift from 6.30am to 2.30pm. You will input data, perform quality checks, and support safe, efficient production.

Ideal candidates have processing/food manufacturing experience and a solid understanding of HACCP and GMP, with strong safety discipline and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in processing/food manufacturing/industrial kitchen/cooking environment.
• A HACCP and GMP understanding with a record of safe work practices.
• A high mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.
• Operate robotic machinery that packages chips and boxes.
• Record, report and input data into computerised systems.
• Ensure flavour testing is completed and flavour aligns with product runs.
• Complete quality checks and manage materials and waste.

We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused Process Operator to join our high-performing team in Tingalpa. These roles operate our heavily automated machinery. Please note that training is required for this position and is completed during the week.

Details

• Day Shift: 06.30am to 02.30pm
• Permanent Full Time: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Operating industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.
• Operating the heavily robotic machinery that packages our chips into packets, and also into boxes.
• Record, report and input accurate data into computerised systems.
• Ensure flavour testing is completed effectively, and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product runs.
• Complete quality checks as required, with management of materials and waste.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a processing/food manufacturing/industrial kitchen/cooking environment.
• An understanding of HACCP and GMP with a record of reliability and safe work practices.
• A high mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.
