PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for the night shift at Regency Park (SA). You will operate heavy machinery, monitor palletising automation, and ensure production lines run smoothly overnight.

The role requires at least 3 years in automated machinery within a food manufacturing setting, with HACCP/GMP knowledge, safety focus, and a flexible, energetic approach to get the job done right the first time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with automated machinery, palletising and robot operation in a food manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical mindset with high aptitude for automated equipment operation.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP; strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.
• Flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time while maintaining safe techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and maintain a continuous flow of product.
• Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery.
• Manage production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring.
• Prepare and complete accurate records.
• Maintain cleaning and housekeeping and ensure quality checks are completed.

Details

• Location: Regency Park (SA)
• Hours: Sunday midnight - 6am Monday (6hrs), Monday to Thursday 10:10pm - 6:10am
• Position: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities

• Operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product
• Troubleshooting and monitoring the palletising automation and machinery
• Managing production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring
• Preparing and completing accurate records
• Cleaning and housekeeping
• Committed to quality assurance, and completion of quality checks as required

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of previous with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment
• A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
• An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
• A flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time whilst maintaining safe working techniques
