DFP Recruitment seeks motivated, reliable individuals for an entry level package plant operator role in Kalgoorlie. This is a local, non-mine site position with shift work and opportunities to learn and progress within the fixed plant processing operation.

You will handle packaging explosive materials, perform manual handling up to 25kg, and support quality checks in a safety‑conscious environment. Local applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

ENTRY LEVEL PACKAGE PLANT OPERATOR – KALGOORLIE

Local work | Ongoing role | No mine site

Looking for steady local work in Kalgoorlie with a company that invests in its people?

We’re seeking motivated, reliable, hands‑on individuals to join our fixed plant processing operation supporting the mining industry – this is NOT a mine site or FIFO role.

THE ROLE

• Packaging explosive materials
• Manual handling (lifting upto 25kg)
• Picking, packing & dispatching products
• Fixed plant processing support
• Quality control checks
• General cleaning & labouring duties
• Maintaining a safe, tidy work environment

HOURS & ROSTER

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional Saturday work
• 10–12 hour shifts
• Week 1: 6:00am – 5:30pm
• Week 2: 10:00am – 10:00pm

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• $36.50 per hour starting rate
