Job summary

WorkPac is seeking an ANFO Packaging Operator for our Kalgoorlie workshop. This hands-on plant labouring role involves production, packaging and quality checking of commercial explosive products, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You will operate packaging and processing equipment, weigh and quality check materials, assemble components, stack and wrap pallets, and conduct forklift tasks as required. Mon-Fri, 6:30am-4:30pm; Australian citizen or permanent resident required.

Qualifications

• Plant operation or general labouring experience.
• Current High Risk LF - Forklift or willing to obtain.
• HR Licence desirable.
• Dangerous Goods Security Card desirable.
• National Police Clearance.
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

What You Will Be Doing

We are currently seeking ANFO Packaging Operators to join our clients Kalgoorlie workshop on a Monday to Friday basis. This is a hands-on plant labouring role involving the production, packaging and quality checking of commercial explosive products including ANFO, SANFOLD and Z-Bar.

The role will involve operating packaging and processing equipment, weighing and quality checking products, assembling components, stacking and wrapping pallets, forklift operations and general plant labouring. The work is repetitive and physical, with a strong focus on following strict safety and quality procedures.
