Job summary

Wilmar Sugar Australia is recruiting a People & Culture Systems Analyst to manage P&C systems, automate processes, and improve workforce information management. You will support reporting, data analysis, and system enhancements, collaborating with Payroll and P&C teams.

You should bring 3+ years in P&C systems or HRIS, advanced Excel and Power Platform skills, and strong data storytelling abilities to influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in P&C systems, SAP HR, payroll administration, or a similar systems-focused environment.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Power Platform skills with the ability to analyse, manipulate and report on complex workforce data.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate data in a time-critical environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organisational structures, position data and employee records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyse workforce, payroll and HR data to provide reporting and insights and to support business decision-making.
• Develop, prepare and maintain regular and ad hoc reports, including workforce metrics and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support the enhancement, testing and administration of P&C systems, including SAP HR and related technologies.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and modern technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Provide P&C systems expertise, guidance and support to Payroll, People & Culture teams and other business stakeholders.
