Job summary

genU is seeking a collaborative Payroll & P&C Systems Analyst to improve workforce management and People & Culture systems, serving as the bridge between business and technology teams. You’ll optimise payroll processes, data accuracy and system performance.

You’ll work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective solutions, lead testing and releases, and drive continuous improvement across our HRIS and payroll landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll, HRIS or workforce management systems in complex operational environments.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution delivery.
• Proven experience managing testing, UAT, system enhancements and releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve system, integration and data issues.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, ICT teams and vendors to deliver system improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on reporting, data integrity, compliance and continuous improvement
