Job summary

Employers Mutual Management Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist to lead the ongoing management, development and maintenance of our People Systems, with a focus on Workday and analytics.

You will provide guidance across security, process design, reporting and dashboards, support new technologies, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure accurate, current content.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on configuration experience with Workday is essential.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA is required.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and handling escalations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Workday-based processes across HR.
• Partner with the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting to govern projects.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Contribute to the People Digital Strategy and evaluate new technologies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure content remains accurate and current.
• Develop digital learning resources and train managers to use HR technologies.
