Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join the Supply Chain team at the Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong South, VIC. You will drive the DC network program, coordinating base-build, warehouse fit-out and automation integration with internal teams and external partners.

You will track milestones, budgets, risks and documentation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while aligning with facilities, IT and operations goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams on complex projects.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams within a structured project environment.

What you'll do:

We're looking for a motivated and career-driven Project Manager to join our Supply Chain team, based at our Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong South, VIC. Reporting to the Program Manager - Network Strategy, you'll play an important role in delivering our future Distribution Centre (DC) network, supporting projects across base-build construction, warehouse fit-out and operational automation integration.

Working closely with property developers, warehouse design consultants, automation partners and internal teams, you'll coordinate project activities from planning through to operational readiness. You'll track key milestones, budgets and risks, maintain project documentation, support vendor coordination and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards.

You'll also work across Facilities, IT, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to align project objectives and coordinate the integration of facilities, IT systems and automation platforms.

What you'll bring:

To excel in this role, you'll have demonstrated experience supporting or managing warehouse or distribution centre projects, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams and priorities within a structured project environment.

Other attributes and experiences that will help you succeed include:

• Significant experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of E2E Supply Chain processes
• Understanding of and/or prior experience in FMCG, retail and/or pharmaceutical industries and environment
• Demonstrated ability to work and lead in a change environment and succeed under pressure
• Strong business acumen and commercial knowledge
• Ability to balance execution efficiency with risk mitigation, value delivery, cost, and quality
• Detailed knowledge of a broad range of logistics processes, systems and equipment
• Experience working with IT teams on complex projects
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a business related discipline
