P3 Recruitment presents an opportunity to join a respected NSW residential builder as the sole Sales Consultant for a display centre in Sydney. You will own inquiries, guide buyers through the journey and close sales, supported by a dedicated Display Host and strong marketing.

Representing a premium product with a solid reputation, you’ll have the potential for strong earnings through base pay plus commissions, with a five-day roster that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience selling new homes for a residential builder preferred.
• Able to build rapport with diverse buyers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the display centre, acting as the sole Sales Consultant.
• Guide customers through the home buying journey and close sales.
• Develop relationships and convert enquiries into sales.
• Work from the display home in South West Sydney and handle weekends with a five-day roster.
