Practical Homes in Sydney is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant at our Menangle Park Display Village to manage the full sales process from enquiry through to signed contract, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be supported with our practical designs, a premium product range, and an experienced team. Base salary + super + uncapped commission with an OTE of $250K+ for high performers.

• Proven experience in new home sales (essential).
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Confident in managing the full sales process and closing deals.

About the Role

Based at our Menangle Park Display Home, you will manage the full sales process — from initial enquiry through to signed contract — while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You must be available to work weekends, as this is a key part of the role.
