Job summary

genU is seeking Overnight Sleep - Support Workers in Bunbury, WA, to work with people with disabilities. You will support daily living, medication administration, and personal care while following behavior support plans.

The role includes night rosters with 7 shifts totaling 60 hours per fortnight; you’ll use a private vehicle under the motor vehicle allowance policy and benefit from salary packaging and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers with disabilities and behaviour support plans.
• Ability to administer medications and assist with personal care tasks.
• Patience, empathy and ability to handle complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Support person-centred plans to achieve life goals.
• Assist with daily living skills, meals, housekeeping and toileting.
• Administer medications and manage personal care tasks.
• Follow positive behaviour support plans and maintain reporting
