Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to lead, coach and motivate the team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will set the tone for operational excellence and a positive work environment for the crew.

We are looking for candidates available for overnight shifts from 10pm to 6am. Training will occur before opening at nearby GYG restaurants, with background checks as part of our recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities
