Job summary

Yackandandah Health is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide overnight clinical care in our 83-bed residential aged care home. You will manage resident care, respond to changes in condition, administer medications, and support care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.

This is a permanent part-time role across four nights per fortnight. You will work with a not-for-profit team that values quality care, teamwork, and professional growth, with competitive remuneration and benefits

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience delivering clinical care in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments with residents and families.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
• Provide clinical care including wound management and palliative care.
• Liaise with medical and allied health staff.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care in line with standards.
• Promote a positive resident experience.
