Bene Aged Care is seeking a Night Registered Nurse for the St Agnes Residential Facility on a permanent part-time basis. The role focuses on safe, evidence-based nursing care during night duty, delivering comfort and clinical oversight to residents.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently on night duty.
• First Aid and National Police Check certificates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care.
• Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to clinical needs during night shifts.
• Administer medications, manage wound care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on duty.
• Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained.
• Foster a safe, calm and respectful environment for residents overnight.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals as required.
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning and continuity of care.
