Yackandandah Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide overnight clinical care in our 83-bed residential aged care home. This permanent part-time role involves weekday night shifts, reporting to the Care Manager, and supporting care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.

You will manage resident care needs, respond to changes in condition, administer medications, and collaborate with medical and allied health teams in a not-for-profit, community-focused setting that values quality

Formación

• AHPRA registration is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience delivering clinical care in aged care settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Holistic assessment of residents and development of care plans.
• Provide overnight clinical care and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and coordinate with medical teams.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.

The Role

The Role

Reporting to the Care Manager, you'll manage resident care needs, respond to changes in condition, administer medications, and support care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 47.5 hours per fortnight across four nights: Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What you will do

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring:

• Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
• Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
• Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
• Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
• Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach

Who are you and what will you bring?
