Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking an Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests overnight, within the guest rooms. You will work independently during night shifts, upholding Four Seasons service standards and presenting orders with premium hospitality.

The role sits in the Food & Beverage Department and reports to the In-Room Dining Manager. RSA certification is required, and prior luxury-hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Luxury hotel environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• RSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to guest rooms during overnight operations.
• Set up and present in-room dining orders.
• Process orders, payments, and billing in hotel systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and Front Office teams.
• Follow food safety and health standards.
