Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. You will lead the night team, manage late check-ins and night audits, and coordinate with housekeeping and security to uphold safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional service, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. RSA certification and hospitality knowledge are preferred; training and development

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations and night audit processes.
• RSA certification and health/safety knowledge; ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during the night shift.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and support.
• Manage late check-ins, early departures, and guest enquiries.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct night audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Supervise overnight staff and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
• Ensure security and safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare handover reports for day management.
