Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is looking for a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced crew, drive guest satisfaction and uphold the highest food safety and quality standards.

You will lead, coach and motivate the team, manage rosters to ensure smooth service, and foster a positive work environment while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
