TeamKids is hiring a Casual Educator in Fernvale, Hatton Vale and Laidley to support before and after school care for children aged 5–12. Enjoy flexible shifts, school holiday options, and a role that supports learning through play in a safe environment.

Join a supportive team and contribute to exciting, hands-on activities. WWCC/Blue Card is preferred; ACECQA qualifications are welcome to apply for growth within the OSHC space.

Formación

• Experience working with children in education or sport.
• Passionate about child development and active participation.
• Confident communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Willing to obtain WWCC/Blue Card or equivalent state check.
• ACEQCA approved course or working towards it.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in delivering Safe OSHC activities for children aged 5–12.
• Support a collaborative team to provide a safe, engaging after-school environment.
• Contribute to excursions, incursions, and themed days while ensuring child wellbeing.

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

The Role - Casual Educator

This is a role where no two days are the same! Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children's lives.

Location: Fernvale, Hatton Vale and Laidley

Shifts Available

• 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
• 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
• Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You

• Ideally has previous experience working with children, whether in an education or sporting field.
• Passionate working with children and seeing them thrive
• Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues

You’ll Need (or Be Willing To Get)

• Working with Children Check that is relevant to your state (WWCC,WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
• Ideally has an ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it) - Visit acecqa.gov.au to learn more about approved qualifications (Includes education, sports and recreation, allied health and more)
