Job summary

TeamKids is hiring Permanent Educators in Hatton Vale to support Before and After School Care and school holiday programs. You will work with a driven team delivering engaging activities for children aged 5–12, with opportunities for growth and hands-on learning.

Shifts include 7:00am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:30pm, with optional longer holiday hours. We value safety, inclusivity, and family support while offering development pathways and student-friendly options.

Qualifications

• Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can help you grow your skills!
• Passionate working with children and seeing them thrive
• Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues
• WWCC/Blue Card/VIT as applicable in your state (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Who is TeamKids?

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

The Role - Permanent Educator

This is a rolewhere no two days are the same! Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children's lives.

Location: Hatton Vale

Shifts available between: (Hours vary depending on service)

• 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
• 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
• Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You

You’ll need (or be willing to get):

• Working with Children Check that is relevant to your state (WWCC,WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
