Job summary

The Brown and Hurley Group is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Consultant to cover Roma and surrounding regions, using deep spare parts knowledge to build relationships, win new customers, and grow our truck and agricultural parts business.

You will work with our Parts and Service teams, target sales in your territory, and become a trusted advisor for customers. The role rewards initiative, collaboration, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of spare parts, ideally truck parts.
• Passion for building relationships and meeting new people.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and innovate solutions.
• Automotive sales qualification (desirable).
• Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable).

About the Role

We are seeking an Outside Parts Sales Consultant who is eager to take charge of their own territory and hit the road to expand our business in Roma. If you love building relationships and meeting new people while utilising your detailed knowledge of spare parts, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets in your designated territory, expanding our presence and market share.
• Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Identify Opportunities: Stay ahead of market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Parts and Service teams to share insights, develop solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
