Job summary

Ruah is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to deliver psychosocial recovery support across the Perth metro area. You will work with Peer Recovery Workers and external providers to help clients achieve goals and strengthen wellbeing.

This full-time, 12-month maximum-term contract requires travel across the Perth region and a person-centred, collaborative approach for clients with complex needs. Attractive entitlements and development opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• A qualification in community services, mental health, social work or a related discipline
• Equivalent experience and/or lived experience in the sector
• Experience building effective relationships with people who have varying levels of need
• The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Emotional maturity, resilience and sound judgement
• Competency using Microsoft Office and client reporting systems
• A commitment to Ruah's values and trauma-informed practice
• Knowledge and understanding of diversity, inclusion and Aboriginal culture
