Job summary

Bloom HR, partnering with AIEF, seeks an Early Alumni Engagement Coordinator to support Indigenous alumni transitioning from school into further study, training and employment. The role blends relationship-building, one-to-one support and practical program delivery to keep alumni connected to opportunities and networks.

You’ll work within the Alumni Engagement team to foster trusted relationships, provide practical guidance and contribute to reporting and events, helping young people stay

Qualifications

• Two years or more of relevant professional experience.
• Experience engaging young people, students or alumni communities.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating or delivering programs, events or engagement activities.
• Confident in providing individualised support and guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with recent AIEF alumni.
• Provide individual support as young people transition from school into further study, training or employment.
• Support alumni with scholarship applications, retention and graduation.
• Connect alumni with education, training and employment opportunities.
• Collaborate with schools, tertiary providers and employment networks.
• Help design and deliver alumni programs and engagement activities.
• Support events and Pathways Conferences.
• Maintain accurate information and engagement records.
