Job summary

Service Stream is hiring Meter Readers in Roma, Queensland. You will walk within allocated neighbourhoods to read and record utility meters, using handheld devices. No previous experience is required and training is provided.

A valid Queensland driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a willingness to travel between sites are essential. Work Mon-Fri with flexible hours between 15 and 38 hours per week, and an on-site role that keeps you active outdoors.

Qualifications

• Current valid Queensland driver's license.
• Reliable motor vehicle and mobile phone required.
• Construction (White Card) or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to walk several kilometres and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Read allocated meter routes accurately in a timely, safe manner.
• Upload/download route information to/from handheld device.
• Uphold safety standards while working autonomously most of the day.
• Communicate with office support team as needed.
• Travel between locations daily; 5 days per week.
