Job summary

Service Stream in Adelaide's metro area is seeking casual Meter Readers to join our frontline field team. You will travel to assigned routes, walk properties to record utility usage with handheld devices, and report back to the office.

The role is outdoors, physically demanding, and suitable for those seeking flexible, part-time hours. Experience is not required; a valid Australian driver's license, reliable vehicle and phone are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good fitness level and ability to walk long distances for extended hours.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Must have a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Own reliable vehicle and mobile phone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise your work day and routes.
• Accurately read allocated meter routes with handheld device.
• Ensure efficiency targets are met.
• Represent Service Stream professionally to clients.
• Regularly communicate with office support team.
• Upload/download route information to/from handheld device.
• Report to office as required.
