DARCHE is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive engaging, on-brand content across digital platforms in Australia and New Zealand. You will manage content calendars, partner with creators, and help expand our outdoor brand reach.

The role requires hands-on content creation, strong social media skills, and a collaborative approach to campaigns and product launches. Travel for events may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Qualification in Marketing.
• Experience creating digital content for social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
• Strong proficiency with social media management tools and content creation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the full content calendar and promotional calendar.
• Create content for digital platforms across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations end-to-end.
• Report on channel growth, content performance, and campaign outcomes.
• Capture content at major ANZ trade shows and product launches.
• Support product training portals and internal teams.
• Contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Provide digital content support for major retailers.
