Job summary

CAD Cleaning and Maintenance in Bathurst NSW is seeking an experienced Groundsman/handyman to join our outdoor team. This hands-on role focuses on neat, well-presented gardens and reliable service across residential and commercial sites.

You will operate ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers and other grounds equipment, with opportunities to move to part-time or full-time for the right candidate. Immediate start for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds, gardening or similar is preferred.
• Ability to operate common grounds equipment safely.
• Reliable and able to work unsupervised or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing (including ride on mowers).
• Whipper snipping and edging.
• Hedge trimming and pruning.
• Weed control and spraying.
• General garden maintenance and weed pulling.
• Loading equipment and towing a trailer between sites.
• Minor home repairs and maintenance.
