Job summary

Hampshire Property Group in Port Macquarie is seeking a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to maintain grounds, facilities and accommodation for guests. You’ll perform outdoor tasks, operate tools and support park improvements, contributing to a clean, safe, welcoming environment.

Ideal applicants have prior grounds or general maintenance experience, are comfortable with power tools, and hold a current driver’s licence. Role is casual and site-based at the Port Macquarie Rental Village.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds, property or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Confident using grounds maintenance equipment and power tools.
• Current Driver's Licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• General grounds, garden and property maintenance.
• Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and maintaining outdoor areas.
• General repairs and minor maintenance across accommodation, amenities and facilities.
• Operating and maintaining grounds equipment and power tools.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance and park improvement projects.
• Responding to maintenance requests and identifying issues requiring attention.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented park environment.
