Job summary

Hampshire Property Group is seeking a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Wodonga Holiday Park in Victoria. The role keeps park grounds, facilities and common areas clean, safe and well-presented to guests and residents.

You will perform mowing, edging, gardening and equipment operation, assist with minor repairs, report safety issues, and support the Park Manager in daily upkeep while working with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds, gardening or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
• Able to perform manual tasks including lifting and repetitive activity.
• Confident operating power tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• General grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, hedging and landscaping.
• Maintaining gardens, lawns and communal outdoor areas.
• Operating grounds and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Upkeep of park facilities and common areas.
• Assisting with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues to the Park Manager.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented park environment.
• Supporting the wider park team with general property upkeep as required.
