Job summary

Ingenia Holidays is seeking a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Cape Paterson Holidays. The role focuses on keeping the park well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for guests across coastal Victoria.

You’ll perform gardening duties, basic repairs, and respond to maintenance requests as part of a friendly team at Cape Paterson Holidays. The position offers flexible hours, a relaxed coastal setting, and opportunities to contribute to guest experiences while ensuring high standards of site

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds and maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and chemicals is advantageous.
• C-class driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
• Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris and maintaining pools and common areas.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance including lighting, fencing, and painting.
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests and escalate issues to trades when needed.
• Support site presentation and security by reporting damage and logging maintenance activities.
• Other tasks including villa linen stripping and amenity cleaning as required.
