Job summary

G'day Group, a leading Australian tourism brand, is seeking a hands-on Groundskeeper for our park network. You will help keep our surroundings clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing.

You will operate groundskeeping equipment, perform routine maintenance, and assist with landscaping while adhering to safety protocols. A 7-day roster, valid driver’s licence, and willingness to handle manual tasks are required; previous park experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds keeping.
• Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail for safety and aesthetics.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
• Good time management; flexible to a 7-day roster.
• Trade qualification desirable.
• Pool maintenance experience advantageous.
• A current valid driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to keep the park clean, tidy and well presented.
• Maintain condition and cleanliness of park facilities, amenities, and play areas.
• Carry out general grounds upkeep including landscaping and mowing.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on park accommodation and facilities.
• Manage and maintain park equipment and tools.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
