You will deliver the Year 10 Zero Program, blending curriculum, wellbeing, and Carey’s values, helping students develop independence, resilience, and leadership during a three-week field learning journey across Far North

Qualifications

• A teaching qualification and Outdoor Education credentials.
• Experience teaching Outdoor Education.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to sustainability and conservation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for the Zero program from design to documentation.
• Model respect for the environment and Indigenous cultures.
• Support all students to develop leadership, resilience and teamwork.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth program operation.
