Qualifications

• Recognised Outdoor Education qualifications or equivalent.
• Current manual Drivers Licence.
• A passion for sustainable practices and conservation.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Zero team regarding program details, student management, incidents and first aid.
• Collaborate with Deputy Head of Zero - Programming to manage equipment and resources.
• Prepare and pack gear for specific programs.
• Safely lead groups through the program.
• Support the wellbeing of students and staff.
