Makita Australia is seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor – Export to join our Distribution Centre in Pemulwuy. You will lead a warehouse team, oversee daily workflow, and ensure timely dispatch of orders while maintaining WHS standards.

This permanent, full-time role offers opportunities to develop leadership capabilities, manage KPIs, and contribute to a well-established organisation. Permits and licences required will include a current forklift licence and driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role.
• Strong people leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience delivering strong operational results in a warehouse environment.
• Current forklift and driver's licence.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; a qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate warehouse team members, including casual and agency staff.
